We guarantee our LED products for 3 years if taken down at the end of each winter season. We will replace any malfunctioning lights as needed within those 3 years at no cost to you.
We do not recommend leaving lights in trees year round. When lights are wrapped around branches for extended periods of time they harm growing trees, and the lights suffer extensive UV damage. If left up year round, we guarantee all LED products for 1 year after the date of installation.
